Shipping Overview

At Sudobox, we understand that getting your Mini PCs, NAS systems, and network gear quickly and safely is important. We've partnered with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Standard Processing: 24 hours

Custom builds may take 3-5 business days

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Custom configurations and special builds may require additional processing time.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.

Courier Partners

We primarily ship through Shree Tirupati, DTDC, and BlueDart. If you have a preferred courier, you may arrange your own pickup — simply contact us after placing your order to coordinate

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are additional and calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues & Returns

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, including arranging replacements or refunds as appropriate.
