At Sudobox.in, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have full confidence when purchasing from us.
Refund Policy
- If your item arrives damaged or does not work on arrival (DOA), you are eligible for a full refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- We will cover all return shipping costs in DAO cases.
Testing Warranty
- All products come with a 10-day testing warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- During this period, if the item fails to work as described, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost..
