At Sudobox.in, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have full confidence when purchasing from us.

Refund Policy

  • If your item arrives damaged or does not work on arrival (DOA), you are eligible for a full refund
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • We will cover all return shipping costs in DAO cases.

Testing Warranty

  • All products come with a 10-day testing warranty starting from the date of delivery.
  • During this period, if the item fails to work as described, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost..

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, including all accessories, cables, and documentation..
  • Products showing signs of tampering, modification, or physical damage are not eligible for warranty or refund..
